The plain terms that apply to every order, set out briefly.
How does an order become binding?
Every order starts with a quote by email. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and approve the free design proof. We print exactly what is on the approved proof, so please check it carefully.
What are our times and promises?
- Production in 4 to 6 working days after proof approval, 8 to 10 for rigid styles
- Free tracked delivery to the UK mainland in 2 to 3 working days
- Delivery to UK addresses only
- Misprints or damage reported within 10 days reprinted or refunded
- Prices in pounds sterling, excluding VAT

When is my chocolate box order confirmed?
When you accept the quote and approve the design proof.
Can I cancel after approving the proof?
Ask straight away; once printing has started the order may not be cancellable.
Are quoted prices fixed?
The price on your accepted quote is the price you pay for that order.
Who owns the artwork I send?
You do. We use it only to make your boxes.
Can colours vary slightly from my screen?
Yes. Printed colours can look a little different from a screen, which the proof helps you check.
Do terms differ for rigid boxes?
Only the production time, which is 8 to 10 working days.
What if delivery is late?
Tell us and we will chase the carrier and keep you updated.
Are quantities exact?
We aim for the exact quantity ordered and tell you if a run varies.
Which law applies to these terms?
The law of England and Wales.
