A member of our team reads every request. Within one working day you get an email with a price, the box size we propose and any questions about your chocolates. If you attached a logo, the free design proof usually follows straight after.

What details make a chocolate box quote quicker?

The piece count, the size of one finished piece in mm, the style and a rough quantity.

Can I attach my logo to the quote form?

Yes. PNG, JPG, PDF, AI and SVG files up to 3 MB can be attached.

Will I be charged for asking for a quote?

No. Quotes and design proofs are free, and no payment is taken on this site.

How soon will I hear back about my quote?

Can I ask for prices on two box styles at once?

Yes. Put both in the message box and we price each one.

Yes. It is used only to prepare your quote and proof.

Can I change the quantity after getting a quote?

Yes. Ask and we send a new price for the quantity you need.
