How do I place an order for chocolate boxes?
Ask for a quote, approve the price and the free design proof, and we start production.
What is the minimum order for printed chocolate boxes?
Minimums are low and quoted per job, depending on the style.
Which file formats do you accept for artwork?
PDF, AI, EPS and SVG for logos; high resolution PNG or JPG for photos.
Can you design my chocolate box artwork for me?
Yes. Send your logo and ideas, and our designers lay it out on the proof.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment details are sent with your approved quote by email. No payment is taken on this site.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
Can I change my artwork after approving the proof?
Tell us straight away. Once printing has started, changes may need a new run.
Where do you deliver?
To UK addresses only, with free tracked delivery to the UK mainland.
Do you deliver to Scottish islands and other offshore areas?
Ask us first, as free delivery covers the UK mainland.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Every delivery is tracked and you receive the tracking details.
What should I do if a carton arrives damaged?
Take a photo and tell us within 10 days; we reprint or refund.
Can I reorder the same boxes later?
Yes. Your sizes and artwork are kept on file for easy reorders.
Are your boxes printed with food-safe inks?
Yes, every printed surface uses food-safe inks.
Can I visit your office to collect boxes?
No. Boxes are not sold from the office; every order is delivered.
